Order & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders within Turkey are delivered within 1 business day for Istanbul and 1-3 business days for other cities after being shipped. Once your order is prepared, the tracking number will be sent to your email.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders of ₺500 or more. For orders under ₺500, a fixed shipping fee of ₺49.90 applies.

How do I track my order?

Order confirmation and a shipping tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can also monitor the status from the 'My Orders' section on your account page.

Is cash on delivery available?

We do not have a cash on delivery option. You can complete your order with credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, and Iyzico installment payments.

Returns & Exchanges

How many days is the return period?

You can return the product within 30 days from the date you received it. For us to accept the return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Simply send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will send you the shipping label, and after you ship the product, the refund will be processed to your card within 5-7 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the product is faulty or incorrect, the shipping fee will be covered by us. For returns due to a change of mind, a shipping fee of ₺49.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Products & Usage

Can I use it during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Although our products are dermatologist-tested, we recommend consulting your doctor before use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?

We recommend applying a small amount to the inside of your arm for the first use and waiting 24 hours. If you experience any redness, itching, or discomfort, discontinue use and inform us at [email protected] — we will initiate a refund + investigation.

How should I store the product?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It is recommended to consume within 6 months after opening. Most of our products have a short shelf life as they do not contain parabens and artificial preservatives.

Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?

All our products are cruelty-free — they are not tested on animals. Most products are vegan; some contain beeswax (e.g., the Queen Bee series); this is clearly stated on the label.

Payment & Security

Is there an installment option?

We offer 2, 3, 6, or 9 installments for purchases of 200₺ and above, utilizing Iyzico infrastructure. The installment rate may vary depending on the card-issuing bank.

Are my payment details secure?

All payments are made via 256-bit SSL encryption using PCI-DSS certified Iyzico and Shopify Payments infrastructure. We do not see or store your card details in any way.

Account & Subscription

Is it mandatory for me to open an account?

No, you can also order as a guest. However, if you create an account, you can track your order history, save your favorites, and be prioritized for special campaigns.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

There's an 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of every email we send you. Just click it — you'll be removed from the list in seconds.
